What Can Ligaplex II Do For You?INDICATIONS:Ligaplex II is most commonly used for chronic joint, ligament and musculoskeletal conditions. It is also often used to address muscle degeneration, hiatal hernia and geriatric low back problems. It has been demonstrated to be useful in helping patients who have difficulty holding chiropractic adjustments. Benefits have also been experienced in the alleviation of carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and other repetitive stress disorders. This superb formulation by Standard Process Laboratories is also used by elite and professional athletes to maintain optimal ligament and joint performance and function. BACKGROUND:For decades, many top nutritional experts have identified processed foods as a major cause of arthritis and other joint degenerations. Denatured and over- processed as well as cooked foods, so prevalent in our food chain, contribute heavily to degeneration of essential body structures. In order to help counteract these negative effects, Ligaplex II supplies essential nutrients and supports the maintenance functions of the body with respect to joints. It helps with reducing inflammation as well as regenerating joint tissues. DOSAGE:The textbook recommendation for the use of Ligaplex II is three (3) to nine (9) capsules per day. The optimal amount for you will depend upon your tolerance for the product as well as the severity of your condition. We usually recommend a higher dosage to begin with for the first four to six weeks. This strategy often yields faster feedback in attempt to determine if Ligaplex II will improve your condition. If indeed you obtain a positive response, then adjust the dosage to determine your optimal response. Depending upon the nature and extent of your joint problems, if a positive response is realized you may consider a lifelong use of this product in order to maintain your joints in peak condition. If you are using Ligaplex II to maintain joint integrity and health and to prevent degeneration, then two (2) to six (6) capsules a day are recommended. The amount would be adjusted depending upon the intensity of your activity levels. It should be obvious that it is also beneficial to eliminate processed foods(sugar, pasta, white flour, etc.) from your diet as well as an overabundance of cooked foods. Add raw and whole foods as much as possible. In severe arthritis and joint problems, it may be essential to eliminate these foods as well as to identify and eliminate artificial and chemical additives and preservatives from your diet. As always, first consult with an appropriate health-care specialist before beginning any Standard Process or other nutritional program. |
